Frequently Asked

How do I sign up for Online Banking? 

Click the “Sign In” button on any page of Texas Plains Federal website. 

From there, you’ll be guided through the process to: 

  • Create a new username (@You) 

  • Create a password 

  • Link your account 

  • Access your new Online Banking account 

I received a message saying my @You (username) is already taken. 

The new online banking platform uses the @You as your login name, and it must be unique for every user. 

If the username you chose is already taken, simply try a different variation or slightly modify it until it’s unique to you.

I received a message saying “Account Number Already Associated” 

Only one member can be the primary user on an account. 

If you are a joint owner and would like to have your own separate login, please contact Texas Plains FCU at 806-373-6641 for assistance.

Will my external accounts still be linked?

No. As part of the new enrollment process, you’ll need to re-link any external accounts (accounts held outside of Texas Plains FCU). 

The good news is that this process has been enhanced and simplified, making it easier and more convenient to complete going forward. 

What happens to my automatic transfers?

If you previously set up automatic transfers between your Texas Plains FCU accounts, you’ll need to re-enter those transfers in the new online banking system. 

Is there a way to set up account alerts?

Yes! After logging in: 

  1. Select the account you’d like alerts for 

  2. Click “Account Options” from the navigation menu 

  3. Choose “Account Alerts” 

From there, you can create, edit, or cancel alerts at any time. 

How do I transfer funds to another Texas Plains FCU member?

Once logged in: 

  1. Select “Move Money” 

  2. Choose “Send Money” 

  3. Follow the prompts to add a recipient and complete the transfer 

Can I hide accounts or change the order they appear?

Yes. From the main dashboard: 

  • Select “Organize Accounts” 

  • Use the toggle to hide or show accounts

  • Drag and drop accounts to display them in your preferred order
