Fritch, We're Here! Texas Plains Federal Welcomes Texoma FCU Members!
Texas Plains Federal Credit Union is thrilled to announce the successful merger with the former Texoma Federal Credit Union in Fritch! Texoma members overwhelmingly approved the merger in a unanimous vote on June 10th, and the partnership officially finalized on July 1st. We're incredibly excited to welcome all of our new members and look forward to serving the Fritch community and all of Hutchinson County.
Please join us in giving a warm Texas Plains welcome to Jane, Kate, and Maricella, who have joined our team. We're excited to have them on board!
We have some exciting things planned for our Fritch members, so stay tuned for updates. The Fritch branch is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ready to serve all your financial needs.

Amarillo Grand Opening: A New Chapter at 58th & Georgia!
The wait is over, Amarillo! We are absolutely thrilled to announce the grand opening of our spectacular new branch located at 58th & Georgia! This past May 7th, we celebrated this exciting milestone with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce. The energy was electric, and we couldn't be prouder to officially open the doors to this incredible new space.
Speaking at the event, Texas Plains Federal CEO Michael Knowles perfectly captured our excitement, stating, "This branch is our commitment to our members and I'm excited for what our members are going to experience here." Celebrating Excellence: Melissa Naceanceno, Our Employee of the Quarter!
Join us in giving a massive round of applause to Melissa Naceanceno, our incredible Employee of the Quarter! Melissa is a true cornerstone of the Texas Plains Federal family, approaching her 10-year anniversary with our credit union. Her journey is truly inspiring: she started as a dedicated loan processor and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Branch Manager of our Crosbyton location in January 2022.
Melissa's passion for her work and her deep connection to the community she serves shine through every single day. She grew up right in the area, and that local pride fuels her commitment to serving the members of Texas Plains Federal with genuine care. She has worked tirelessly to build a strong, cohesive team in Crosbyton, all dedicated to achieving our credit union's overarching goals. When she's not leading her branch to success, Melissa cherishes spending time with her family, especially making those important trips to Kansas to see her two wonderful grandchildren. What an incredible day in Fritch! On June 14th, team members from our Amarillo branch and our executive team had an absolute blast joining our wonderful new colleagues in Fritch to participate in Fritch's Community Day event.
