Share Secured, Share Certificate Secured and Nest Egg
A Share Secured Loan is a loan against the money in your Regular Share Account. The max amount you can borrow is 100% of the amount in your account. Shares in the amount equal to the loan balance are held in the account. The APR will be the dividend rate being paid on Regular Shares on the date of the request plus a margin of 2%. We have flexible terms up to 120 months and we offer Debt Protection our Share Secured Loans.
A Share Certificate Secured Loan is a loan against your Texas Plains Share Certificate. The APT will be equal to the dividend rate being paid on the Share Certificate offered as collateral plus a margin of 2%. We offer Debt Protection our Share Certificate Secured Loan.
